Air guitar season will be upon us in just a few short months. And this year is the 15th anniversary of the Air Guitar World Championships in Oulu, Finland, a grand occasion that will be marked by a photo exhibition and an anniversary air guitar seminar in Oulu. As you can imagine, I am extremely sorry I won't be able to attend this year's events since I will be moving to Syracuse and beginning the fall semester at about that same time. So, if any of you out there attend, please write to share your stories with me!

Some news: aside from the many nations represented at last year's world championships, this year will also see Colombia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Mexico and Ukraine joining up to make air history. I am really happy to see more Latin American representation this year, and can only hope that the Dominican Republic will one say follow suit.
